Four years of watching the excitement of a real estate business from an administration desk proved too much for new salesperson Shelley Donaldson. Now she is on a mission to follow in the footsteps of her boss in her own home town.
Young and enthusiastic, Shelley is driven to help clients to their next step in life.
“I don't see it as work,” she says. “It's about helping people into a better place.” She's adamant she lives in paradise, and a stint offshore only underlined that.
“If I had gone somewhere as beautiful as here, I would have been stoked – I now know this is the best place to be.”
Shelley has been with Bronwyn Kay for two years, running the office side of this busy boutique business. She's already working towards gaining her branch manager's certificate and dreams of one day, owning her own business.
This career-minded young lady knows no boundaries when it comes to helping her clients find just what they want.
