Shannon was a great salesperson, she gave me sound advice and a realistic price as to what the house might sell for (she gave a conservative price, so that I wouldn't have unrealistic expectations and be disappointed but I was so very excited when it sold for a great price).  Shannon also loved my little dog, so I felt comfortable having viewings with the dog at home.
